"Solid and hassle-free so far"
npass has been dependable for me. I haven’t run into any weird downtime, and it does what I need without making things complicated. So far, I’d say it feels reliable and easy to trust.

"Easy to use, but I’m not totally sold anymore"
npass.co was easy enough to use at first, and I didn’t really struggle to get around. The basic features worked fine, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience or anything.
But a few parts were more confusing than they needed to be. Some buttons and steps weren’t very clear, and after running into that a couple times, I started losing trust in the site a bit.
It does the job, but I wish it felt smoother and more straightforward. When a site makes simple things feel uncertain, it’s hard to feel fully comfortable using it again.
"Feels a bit overpriced for what’s offered"
I wanted to like it, and I don’t mind paying for something if the value is there, but the monthly cost feels a little hard to justify. To be fair, it may work well for some people, but for what I got out of it, it just didn’t feel worth the price.

"I was a little cautious at..."
I was a little cautious at first with NPass, but it’s been solid for me so far. The login and security parts are easy to understand, which I really appreciate because some sites make that stuff feel sketchy or confusing. I haven’t had any weird account issues either. So yeah, overall I feel confident using it, which is exactly what I needed. Not saying it’s life-changing or anything, but it does the job and feels safe.

"Refund was way easier than I expected"
I cancelled my npass.co subscription and had this feeling it was going to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. But it really didn’t. I reached out to support, they got back to me fairly quickly, and the whole thing just felt straightforward.
The refund showed up a few days later without any weird drama or extra hoops, which I appreciated a lot. I don’t know, it just left me with a really good impression overall. Definitely better than I expected, so I’m giving it 5 stars

"Support actually got back to me fast"
I had a small issue with my account, so I messaged support expecting the usual long wait and runaround, because apparently that’s just normal now. But they actually replied faster than I expected and fixed it without turning it into a whole ordeal. i’m happy with how they handled it
